How we are funded
The planned price is USD 149 for one report. Once payment is enabled, that is our only revenue from this product. We do not accept payments, referral fees, advertising, or incentives from any hospital, clinic, pharmaceutical company, or agent.
Why this matters
If a hospital paid us to be in the report, we would have an incentive to omit uncomfortable facts. Our business model is: your report is useful if it tells you things you couldn't easily find yourself — whether or not that reflects well on the hospital.
What we will not do
- Accept payment for including or excluding a hospital from a report
- Accept payment to change or suppress a factual finding
- Book, refer, or resell medical services for a fee
- Provide a "directory" listing service to hospitals
- Receive free or discounted services in exchange for coverage
What if you ever find out otherwise?
If you ever discover that ChinaClarity has accepted payment from a hospital, clinic, or agent related to your report, contact us with the evidence. We will investigate and disclose the result. Any refund request is handled under the defined cases in our Refund Policy.
Reporting conflicts
If you are a hospital or industry participant and wish to disclose a payment or incentive that we may have missed, contact us. We will publish a correction.
