Terms of Service

ChinaClarity (明路) is operated by 厦门水滴动力智能科技有限公司, based in Xiamen, China. Our planned service is a one-time independent information report covering one focus hospital, plus a short comparison with 2–3 evidence-backed alternatives. Where evidence is insufficient, fewer alternatives are included and the gaps are explained. The report is in English, delivered as a 20-page PDF in your ChinaClarity account; email notification is a secondary delivery notice. It is compiled from publicly verifiable sources, with AI-assisted drafting and human review before release. Contact: chinaclarity2026@gmail.com.

• Source URLs, check dates, and evidence status for key facts

• Medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or efficacy guarantee
• Clinical outcome rankings, treatment recommendations, or "best hospital" guarantees; factual alternatives comparison is included
• Doctor consultation, telemedicine, or medical opinion
• Appointment booking, escort, translation, transport, or in-hospital services
• Separate full reports for multiple hospitals, full-journey coordination, or non-English reports

The price is USD 149 (one-time, no subscription). After you submit the intake, the website loads PayPal Smart Buttons. PayPal creates and captures the payment; our server verifies the capture and writes the payment reference and status to the order record before report production begins. We do not collect hospital treatment fees or store your payment card details. If PayPal is not configured, the page shows a clear unavailable message and no charge is attempted.

Target delivery: within 3 business days of receiving your complete intake and verified payment. One free limited-scope revision is available within 7 days of delivery. "Limited scope" means corrections to factual errors, missing source updates, or additional public-source information that has become available. It does not mean rewriting the report to change its conclusions or adding private non-public information.

ChinaClarity is an information product, not medical advice. Using our service does not create a doctor-patient relationship. We do not assess clinical quality, read scans, recommend treatment, or make medical decisions. Always consult a licensed physician and the relevant authorities for medical and travel decisions. You pay us. Hospitals, clinics, agents, and pharmaceutical companies do not pay us anything. We take no referral commissions. See our No Commission / Independence statement.

Our reports are based on publicly available sources at the date of check. We are not liable for changes to hospital status after the check date, for medical outcomes, for third-party actions, or for decisions you or your doctor make based on the report. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Audit footnote: Liability cap and governing law are under legal review and will be confirmed before paid rollout. This is a working draft, not a final legal contract.
