Refunds, when payment exists

The USD 149 Clarity Report keeps the three objective refund cases in the Refund Policy: we cannot produce it, we miss the 3-business-day window, or a key fact is wrong and cannot be corrected. Health-check pre-orders are not charged, so there is nothing to refund yet.

No hospital pays to be listed or to edit a page. We do not rank or star hospitals.
