Trust · Information, not medical advice

Readers pay. Hospitals do not. Pages do not star anyone.

We are not a medical institution. We do not rank or recommend hospitals. We are paid only by foreign patients. These four principles are why our reports are impartial.

Four principles that keep us honest

1

Patients pay. Hospitals do not.

ChinaClarity is funded by readers who buy a plan or a report. No hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical company pays us to appear or to change a page.

2

No hospital can buy their way into a report

If a hospital tried to pay us to appear in a report, change what a report says, or get priority coverage, we would investigate and disclose the issue. No hospital can buy inclusion or edit report content.

3

Sources are named and dated

We record the exact day each fact was checked. Official registries (National Health Commission), hospital websites, published price lists — each fact has a named source. If a source disappears or is outdated, we note it explicitly.

4

No stars and no ranking

We never score, rank, or recommend any hospital. We respect China's Advertising Law (Article 16), which prohibits medical institutions from making comparisons or using patient testimonials. Instead, you get factual process indicators so you can decide what matters to you.

Who pays us: only patients.

ChinaClarity 明路 is a one-person research operation funded only by foreign patients. We have no investors, no advertisers, no hospital partnerships. You pay us $149 for a report and that is the full of it. This is why our reports are impartial. This is why we can say "we don't rank or recommend any hospital."

The signatory

锐泽 · Ray

Founder and lead researcher. A person checks each cited source before a report is signed. That is a source check, not a medical review and not a clinical opinion.

Clear refund boundaries

Our independence is a reporting rule, not a hidden payment promise. Refunds are handled under the three defined cases in our Refund Policy.

1. If a hospital attempts to influence a report

We will investigate and disclose the issue. Hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies do not pay us, and no hospital can buy inclusion or edit report content.

Not medical advice. We never will be.

ChinaClarity is an information product, not a medical service. We do not read scans, interpret X-rays, review test results, or tell you whether a treatment is right for you. We do not operate as a doctor, a clinic, or a telehealth service.

Decisions about your health and treatment always stay between you and qualified medical professionals — in China, in your home country, or anywhere else. Our job is to give you the factual context so you can ask the right questions, understand what to expect, and verify that the hospital you're considering is what it claims to be.

Not medical advice.
