Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to produce your report. We do not collect medical records, ID documents, or payment card numbers.

1. What we collect

We collect only the minimum information required to produce your report:

  • Your name or preferred address, and email
  • Your country of residence
  • Your target hospital, or target city and specialty
  • A non-diagnostic summary of your care topic (e.g. "knee replacement", "oncology second opinion")
  • Your expected time window and optional budget range
  • The questions you want the report to answer
  • Consent records: English-language confirmation, non-medical-advice confirmation, privacy agreement version and timestamp

2. What we do NOT collect

ChinaClarity does not accept or store:

  • Medical records, discharge summaries, scan images, lab reports, or other clinical files
  • Passport or identity document numbers or scans
  • Payment card numbers or CVC — all payment is handled by PayPal (or future providers)
  • Full health histories beyond the non-diagnostic summary described above

Our intake form and backend are built to reject file uploads. If a medical or ID file is sent to us by mistake, it is deleted immediately and never written to our systems.

3. How we use your data

Your intake information is used solely to produce and deliver your Clarity Report. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it to contact you about products you did not ask for.

4. Data retention

Order records and delivered report metadata are retained for dispute prevention and compliance. Intake text and email correspondence are retained for a defined period after delivery. If you wish us to delete your data, reply to any email we send you — we will respond within 5 business days.

Audit footnote: Retention period and cross-border transfer compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) are under legal review and will be confirmed before paid rollout. This page is a working draft, not final legal advice.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use minimal anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is captured unless you explicitly submit it through the order or intake forms.

6. Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests: email chinaclarity2026@gmail.com. See also /contact.

This policy is a working draft for the ChinaClarity launch. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. By using this site you acknowledge that this is an information product and not medical or legal advice. See our Non-Medical Advice and Terms.
